The Opportunity
This position will put you at the forefront of a thriving division and will require a versatile individual to spearhead maintenance services in Sydney.
With you at the helm, you will bring your vast knowledge and experience to motivate your crews on the ground and build a strong rapport with clients, including Local Councils, Developers, and Government Entities.
You will have self-motivated Team Leaders and Supervisors already embedded in the business who are keen to have a manager to learn from and collaborate with. They are someone you can lean on to share the load and assist you with making great things happen!
The Role
- Scheduling maintenance work
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Quoting for maintenance contracts
- Managing crews and visiting sites
- Procuring new materials, equipment and resources
- Collaborating with the Director
- Delegating tasks to your Supervisors
- Budgets and forecasts
- Assist with hiring new crew members
- Certificate III in Parks & Gardens / Horticulture
- 3-5 years in a Maintenance Supervisor or similar position
- Experience managing crews on commercial sites
- Drivers License
