The Opportunity
As a Contracts Manager at RCC, you’ll oversee the commercial and risk management of major projects, ensuring smooth contract execution, cost control, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. You’ll be a key player in delivering projects that are on time, within budget , and aligned with client expectations.
- Risk & Compliance – Identify, assess, and mitigate contract risks while ensuring full compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Contract Execution & Oversight – Manage and enforce the terms and conditions of contracts, ensuring all parties fulfill their obligations.
- Cost & Financial Management – Monitor and manage contract costs to keep projects within budget, optimizing financial performance.
- Expert Support – Provide expert advice to project teams, proactively resolving contractual and financial issues.
- Collaboration – Work closely with project managers, legal counsel, and stakeholders to ensure seamless and successful project delivery
- Education & Experience – A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management , Law , Business , or a related field, with proven experience in managing head and subcontractor contracts in the construction industry .
- Sector Experience – Experience with large-scale ($200m+) construction projects is highly desirable.
- Skills & Expertise – Strong negotiation , analytical , and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to Detail – Highly organized, with the ability to manage head and subcontracts to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Team Player – Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
