Description
- Providing commercial support to key stakeholders for critical business decisions and managing cashflow, working capital, and forecasting.
- Leading and coaching the finance team, overseeing day-to-day operations, including general ledger maintenance and payroll management.
- Producing month-end trial balance, management accounts, variance reports, and business unit analytics to support stakeholders.
- Handling technical accounting tasks, prepare budgets, assist with tax calculations, statutory accounts, and liaise with company auditors.
- Driving process improvements, managing accounting system developments, and implementing new controls while collaborating group operations.
Profile
- CPA or CA qualification with proven experience in a senior finance role within an engineering, manufacturing, or technical environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial controls, financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with experience partnering with executive teams to drive business outcomes.
- A proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for performance improvement and cost optimisation.
