Labourpower is seeking a highly motivated administration officer to join our busy Port Botany Payroll team. We are a growing labour hire company with a unique culture and we offer an opportunity for you to learn and grow in a supportive working environment.
The Role
The primary objective of the Admin Assistant is to provide support and assistance to the Payroll Team.
1. COMPANY
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, in the Port Botany Head Office, this role will have responsibility for the following tasks:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurate input of information into the FastTrack system and other related databases
Liaising with staff in all branches to ensure timesheets are sent to payroll within deadlines
Liaising with staff in all branches on outstanding or incorrect job orders
Provide assistance to the Payroll Manager and the payroll team as and when required
Answer any payroll queries professionally and within appropriate timeframes whether by
email, FastTrack or phone
Investigate any abnormalities and reports to management Data entry, filing and archiving

A minimum of twelve (12) months of general accounting / accounts payable experience
Data entry experience
Relevant formal tertiary qualification
MS Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication
Knowledge and experience in software and database packages
