Aspirante is working with a QLD Government department to assist in their search for an experienced Enterprise Architect. This role will drive strategic ICT initiatives in a dynamic and large-scale environment. The department is seeking a skilled professional to provide enterprise architecture services, ensuring that ICT solutions are fit for purpose, risks are managed effectively, and maximum value is derived from technology investments.

About the Role
As an Enterprise Architect , you will play a key role in shaping capability roadmaps and developing the resources that support their successful implementation. You will work closely with stakeholders to define standards, establish governance models, and contribute to the overall enterprise architecture strategy.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop architectural positions and standards to support capability target architectures.
✅ Define use cases and associated architectural patterns to enable operational adoption of capabilities.
✅ Create reference architectures and resources to guide best practices.
✅ Contribute to governance frameworks to ensure seamless capability adoption.
✅ Participate in Proof of Concepts and innovation-driven activities.
✅ Provide architecture deliverables, including strategic consultations, initiative assessments, ICT procurement support, and options analysis.
✅ Collaborate with government stakeholders, ICT subject matter experts, and industry partners.
✅ Ensure alignment with relevant policies, standards, and roadmaps.
What You Bring
✔️ 5+ years of experience defining and implementing ICT strategies in a large and diverse organization.
✔️ 10+ years of experience delivering architectural designs for large enterprise solutions.
✔️ Extensive knowledge of enterprise architecture best practices and methodologies.
✔️ TOGAF certification (mandatory).
✔️ Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
