Enterprise Architect

Description:

Aspirante is working with a local government department in Queensland to find an accomplished Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of their future state enterprise solutions for document management and cloud identity management . In this position, you will shape architectural strategies to ensure the departments ICT capabilities efficiently support the evolving needs of both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop Future State Architecture: Create enterprise-level solution designs for document management and identity management, tailored to our organization’s long-term objectives.
• Implementation Planning: Produce detailed roadmaps and delivery plans to achieve the desired architecture, identifying potential challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present and evangelize the architecture vision, strategies, and technical approach to executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Technical Leadership: Offer guidance and mentorship to technical staff, ensuring best practices are followed and solutions are well-designed, practical, and cost-effective.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business units and IT professionals, to gather requirements and align solutions with organizational goals.

Essential Requirements

• Strategic & Technical Acumen: Proven ability to create holistic, supportable ICT solutions that address business needs and enhance digital investments.
• Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable presenting complex technical concepts to both executive and technical audiences, articulating vision and strategy effectively.
• Collaborative Mindset: Experience working in cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and facilitating discussions among diverse stakeholders.
• Technical Guidance: Adept at providing oversight, direction, and expertise to other technical professionals on relevant technologies.
• Leadership & Planning: Demonstrated leadership in planning and developing enterprise solution strategies, from consultation to approvals.
• Proven Results: Track record of delivering technical solutions that improve end-user experience and drive measurable business value.
• Microsoft Expertise: Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure and M365 services.

Desirable Requirements

• Cloud Principles & Practices: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, best practices, and deployment methodologies.
• EDRMS & Identity Platforms: Hands-on experience with platforms such as Microsoft and Okta.
• LEAN & Agile Experience: Familiarity with agile methodologies, LEAN concepts, and continuous improvement.
• Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications or similar industry credentials.
