We are seeking a Facility Manager for a Residential Aged Care Facility located in the Wodonga region. In this key role, you will lead and support the team, overseeing the day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth running and ongoing success of the facility. Your leadership will help create a positive and supportive environment where staff are motivated and passionate about their work, and residents feel truly at home
The Role
Within the homely Aged Care Facility, the Facility Manager is responsible for leading the team and managing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring its ongoing success. This role also involves creating a positive environment where staff are motivated, and residents feel genuinely at home.
Responsibilities
- Guide and manage the daily operations of the facility, ensuring exceptional standards of care and operational efficiency
- Guarantee adherence to all regulations and standards
- Lead and support a diverse team, cultivating a culture of respect, collaboration, and ongoing growth
Key Candidate Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Nursing with AHPRA Registration
- Demonstrated Facility Management experience in residential aged care
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to efficiently manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- You’re a proactive, solutions-driven thinker with a passion for aged care
- Genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
