Clicks IT Recruitment is working with a Queensland Government department.
In this role, you will provide business analysis expertise to support the implementation of a new enterprise-wide information management solution. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyse business needs, develop future-state process maps, and ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems.
The Role:
- Contract until February 2026 with extensions
- Carseldine location (onsite Monday & Tuesday)
- Rates up to $900 p/d inc. super OR + GST
- Prior Government experience - a MUST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of a new information management system by analysing business needs and defining requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders, project teams, and implementation partners to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and obtain approvals for future-state business process maps and user stories.
- Ensure regulatory, policy, and operational requirements are considered in solution design and implementation.
- Contribute to solution design, data migration activities, testing, deployment, and transition to support.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify and resolve business-related issues, providing recommendations based on research and analysis.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in large, complex, government or highly regulated environments.
- Proven experience in implementing enterprise-wide ICT solutions, including business process mapping and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and contributing to Agile ceremonies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with all levels of the organisation.
- Knowledge of enterprise content management or correspondence management solutions is desirable.
