Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Rentals – Allocate fleet and operators efficiently across multiple sites.
- Schedule & Dispatch – Keep daily logistics running smoothly.
- Customer Liaison – Be the go-to person for bookings and service updates.
- Equipment Readiness – Maintain fleet availability for hire.
- Handle Documentation – Manage invoicing, hire agreements, and compliance.
- Enforce Safety & Compliance – Uphold WHS standards across all operations.
Requirements:
- Experience in a service, fleet, or rental/hire coordination.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment parts and operations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Technical proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
