About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care alongside a supportive and skilled team of Registered Nurses and Midwives. Your responsibilities will involve assisting in the provision of high-quality nursing/midwifery care in accordance with regulatory and statutory requirements. Whether you're a novice or proficient in your practice, you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop in this rewarding role.
You will work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring that patient care is always at the forefront of everything you do. About You
We are looking for a dedicated Enrolled Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional person-centred care. To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following key requirements:
- Enrolled or eligible for enrolment with the Nursing Board of Australia and hold or be eligible for a current practising certificate.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in providing nursing care in a healthcare setting, adhering to practice standards.
- Sound knowledge of the Enrolled Nurse role, relevant legislation, and clinical competency standards.
