Stride Early Learning is seeking a passionate and dedicated Diploma Qualified Educator to join our dynamic team! As a Diploma Qualified Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and nurturing environment for children while supporting the management team in the day-to-day operations of our center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the room, ensuring a safe, engaging, and FUN environment for children and your co-workers!.
- Curriculum planning
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of educators to provide high-quality care and learning experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families and the community.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Take on tasks as a responsible person

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Experience in early childhood education and leadership.
• Xplor and Playground software experience desirable but not essential
• A genuine passion for working with children and fostering their development.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education (Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or similar) is preferred
