Music Director – Nations Church (Global)
Part-time – 15.2 hours per week
The position
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Music Director to join our Worship & Production Team at Nations Church. Based at our Perth – Myaree Campus, this role is responsible for shaping the sound of our music ministry, ensuring excellence, creativity and spiritual impact across all our campuses.
This role is responsible to:
- Provide leadership, training and development for music teams across all campuses, aligning with the heart and culture of Nations Church worship
- Manage worship team resources including creating chord charts, practice tracks and implementing digital tools
- Produce and mix music tracks for services, special events and film projects
- Oversee musical coordination for key events and projects, engaging volunteer teams and ensuring high quality execution
- Manage technical aspects of music including backing tracks, in-ear monitoring (IEM) requirements and oversee equipment maintenance and upgrades
- Assist in composing and producing original songs and musical arrangements
This role is located at our Nations Myaree Campus and the successful candidate would need to make Nations Church their home church.

The successful candidate will be a skilled musician with experience in team leadership and development. Have a strong knowledge of worship technology, music production and digital resources. A heart for spiritual growth, with a passion for seeing teams grow in both skill and spirit.
Have a strong desire to see the Nations Church’s Mandate outworked – that the Lost be Found, Disciples Made and that Nations be Reached.
