As a Product Manager within Customer Recovery, you will be responsible for designing, developing and leading the product strategy and roadmap to improve the recovery experience for our customers during delays. You will work closely with our front-line teams, operations, technology and external vendors to define, create and deliver new digital capabilities and improved human assisted experiences.
As part of this role, you will define, own and implement the Delays, Customer Recovery roadmap, work with internal and external stakeholders to implement improvements and consistency for our customers and our people. In addition, this role will synthesize customer insights and human-centred design to drive product initiatives and enhancements that improve the portfolios overall product offering and customer satisfaction.
You’ll have –
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Management, Supplier/Partner management and experience in the airline industry will be highly regarded
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing or relevant field
- Acute and well developed financial and commercial sense and ability to focus on the business fundamentals
- Product Management skills - strategic thinking, analytical thinking, customer centric mindset, familiar with Human Centred Design, produce research and insights, manage business requirements & prioritization, project and time management, comfortable with agile and scrum methodologies, apply Business Model Canvas
- Commercial Management skills - Supplier/partner management, P&L Management, Commercially focused, Commercial forecasting, apply Driver Model Management
- Operational management with the ability to influence key stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes
- Effective collaboration and communication to provide advice to various stakeholders
- Demonstrated organisational expertise, with the ability to work within a complex organisation and group policy
