Description:

Day to day

  • Meet and greet visitors to the chambers, including clients and their visitors, contractors and suppliers
  • Maintain a high standard of presentation on the floor
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to enhance the client experience
  • Promptly answer and direct all incoming calls as per each company's instruction and accurately record messages
  • Provide administrative or secretarial support to clients on an as needs basis
  • General reception duties g. daily sorting of mail, management of couriers
  • Facilitate boardroom bookings and set up/pack down of boardrooms as required
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and supplies and arrange catering as required
  • Office suite set up for vacant offices to be presented for future viewings
  • Organisation of company functions and events
  • Understand and assist with company initiatives, products and services
  • Other activities as directed



Skills and Experience

  • Computer literate at intermediate-advanced level including (MS office suite & internet)
  • Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service
  • Experience within an administration support role
  • Discretion in relation to confidential information
  • Proactive, flexible approach to completion of work
  • The ability to provide effective and appropriate information to a variety of people
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, including an ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manage a varied workload, in a busy professional environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must possess a strong "can do" approach whilst having the ability to work both autonomously and within a team. A high standard of attention to detail and time management skills are imperative along with the ability to provide a high level of professionalism and customer service to both internal and external stake holders. The working environment a collaborative one where team spirit and open, honest communication is encouraged.
