Description:
- Leading a cross functional team in building and nurturing a product
- Leading discussions within the squad and with other squads during the development of new features
- Working closely with peers to ensure the tech stack and code base continues to evolve
- Mentoring others within the team and direct reports, as well as sharing knowledge with other engineers
- Participating in solution design walk throughs and reviewing pull requests
- Troubleshooting issues down the tech stack
Requirements:
- 5+ years building large scale websites (consumer preferred)
- Proficiency in React, Javascript, CSS, Typescript, Redux, REST APIs, and other related web technologies
- Experience in adopting a continuous delivery mindset, and practical experience with trunk-based development
- Experience in accessibility, and unit/integration testing frameworks
- Experience in web performance optimisation's
- Experience in agile development methodologies
