About the role
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong client relationships, and driving business development initiatives. Your experience and expertise will be essential in sourcing top talent and delivering tailored recruitment solutions to meet our clients needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to growth strategies
- Providing market insights and advice to clients and candidates
- Ensuring a high level of service delivery and achieving recruitment targets
