We're seeking a collaborative Marketing Program Manager to drive adoption of key promotion tools among our third-party selling partners.
As a Marketing Program Manager in our Seller Success team, you'll have the opportunity to develop innovative marketing strategies to boost seller adoption of our critical promotion programs and tools. Your primary focus will be empowering our Selling Partners to achieve substantial business growth on Amazon through effective marketing initiatives. This dynamic role offers you the unique opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams across categories, product development, and marketing.
You'll be responsible for creating compelling digital assets, gathering and analyzing valuable feedback from Selling Partners and stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to enhance Amazon's suite of products, services, processes, systems, and tools. Your insights and recommendations will drive continuous improvement, ultimately benefiting all third-party sellers on our platform and contributing to the overall success of the Amazon Marketplace ecosystem.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for key promotion programs, balancing customer experience and sales growth
- Create compelling digital assets to support marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement growth opportunities for program adoption
- Partner with the marketing team to design and launch effective go-to-market strategies
- Nurture relationships with key accounts to drive sales and program participation
- Analyze and track performance metrics using Excel and internal Amazon systems
- Provide training and support to sales and account management teams on promotion tools and requirements
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency

Your typical day might involve:
- Developing marketing strategies to increase seller adoption of promotion tools
- Creating and reviewing digital assets for promotional campaigns
- Meeting with cross-functional teams to discuss program improvements
- Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Conducting training sessions for account managers on new promotion features
- Gathering feedback from selling partners to enhance our tools and services
- Collaborating with marketing to refine and optimize promotional materials

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or e-commerce
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management
- Experience in process improvement initiatives
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
