THE ROLE :
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Sales Administrator to join our Residential Sales team. Located in Clayton, with accessible parking nearby, this key role will support the sales team with administrative tasks, manage sales documentation, manage all aspects of the CRM ( Agent Box) and ensure best practice usage and help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- You are to provide support throughout the listing and sales process for both our residential and business sales team.
- Communicate with conveyancers/solicitors to ensure that all settlements are
- Input and manage data in our CRM (Agentbox) and create/formats documents and presentations.
- Assist with processing property listings and ensure all details are accurate.
- Provide essential administrative support to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, productive work environment.
- Handle marketing tasks including managing property marketing quotes, booking artwork and publications, and preparing open home packs.
- Manage the company social media channels
Essential Requirements:
- MUST have Agent Box experience and be on the way to being the Champion of the software
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Publisher; Excel and PowerPoint)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service focus and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask, follow directions, and work effectively under pressure
- You are a self-motivated, independent thinker who can also thrive within a team
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
While real estate experience is essential, an Agent's Representative Certificate is advantageous.
HOURS OF WORK :
Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
