About The Opportunity
The Customer Service Administrator is part of the Arden Homes Customer Service team and reports to the Customer Service Manager. The key focus of this role is to manage each client through the pre-construction phase from deposit to construction, delivering an exceptional customer experience while also adhering to timeframes More specifically, you will:
Manage a portfolio of customers from Tender Accept to Commencement of Construction.Set clear expectations with customers to ensure they have a solid understanding of the pre-construction process and timelines.Establish a strong rapport with customers by contacting the customers at least every 2 weeks via phone call to provide a progress update on their build.Provide proactive solutions for the customer to allow the file to continue to progress through the pre-construction process.Work collaboratively with other departments and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.Ensure customer concerns are addressed with urgency and adopt dispute resolution techniques where required.Identify win /win outcomes for the customer and the business.Overall provide the customer with a positive build journey.

A commitment to providing all customers with a professional and unbeatable customer experienceExperience working in a similar role or in the residential construction industryPrevious experience working in fast paced, high volume administrative roleThe ability to adapt to changes, proactively managing multiple clients and prioritising workloadsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsA commitment to working as one teamExperience in Businesscraft is valued however not essential
