Customer satisfaction is at the core of everything we do, and as we continue to expand, we're looking for a proactive and motivated Administrative & Customer Service Support Specialist to join us on a part-time basis.
What you will be doing?
You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless customer interactions while keeping our internal operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service Excellence :
- Assist our front-line customer service team in delivering world-class support.
- Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels, including Live Chat, phone, and email.
- Prepare quotations and sales orders based on web inquiries.
- Oversee order processing and shipment tracking, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth deliveries.
- Manage warranty claims and returns efficiently to keep customers satisfied.
- Operations and Administrative Support:
- Help launch new products by creating and updating product information across multiple platforms.
- Maintain consistent product descriptions and specifications for an enhanced customer experience.
- Keep price lists up to date, ensuring smooth system integration between internal records and customer-facing platforms.
- Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the team to maintain accurate inventory reporting.
- Provide general administrative support to keep everything running seamlessly.

- Competitive salary range of $45K to $65K (pro-rata).
