About the Role

Are you a dynamic and proactive individual passionate about delivering top-notch customer service? Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team at their small team in Dandenong.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and processing orders promptly via phone and email.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests, as well as effectively handle inquiries related to products.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively by identifying solutions and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate customer information in our database and ensure timely reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships through open and interactive communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing and Operations, to meet customer needs.
  • Communicate with internal departments and coordinate with them as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a B2B/B2C customer service role.
  • Experience in Supply Chain and an understanding of sales, distribution and logistics in a warehouse environment.
  • Experience in prompt and accurate processing of orders and enquiries via inbound calls and email.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and retain product knowledge.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as ERP Microsoft D365, Aspect or similar.
