Role Overview:
As the Maintenance Coordinator, you will deliver facilities and building maintenance services, to ensure a safe and secure environment for all building occupants and visitors.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Complete general repairs such as plumbing, electrical, plant and machinery, light bulb changes, painting, plastering and carpentry
- Communicate with contractors and understand the workings of all equipment
- Obtain written quotes for approval by the University, where required
- Obtain all warranties and operations manuals for all plant equipment
- Establish systems and procedures to facilitate preventative maintenance programs including selection of suppliers and support system, meeting budget and standard requirements as set by management.
It is essential that you at least 3 years experience working in maintenance across hospitality/student accommodation sector. The ideal candidate will possess a 'safety-first' mindset, and an understanding of basic OH&S principles and chemical handling. More about you:

- Valid Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
- Trade qualified (highly regarded)
