I am seeking candidates with specialiations in health, education, hospitality, industrial, retail, aged care and residential projects. Previous local consultancy experience essential.Overview: Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple projects, adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and safety.
- Prepare project documentation and reports.
- Resolve project issues promptly.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
- Previous project management experience in construction.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
