ABOUT YOU- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency .
- Minimum of 5 years of proven success as a civil estimator.
- Must have first-principles estimating experience.
- Experience in TFNSW projects is highly preferred.
- Oversee all aspects of the estimating process, from initial bid preparation to final cost analysis.
- Lead and mentor a team of estimators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement cost-effective estimating strategies, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
