Role Overview
As an project manager within CMT Structural landscaping, you will be an integral part of our team supporting the day-to-day operations of our landscaping construction projects. Your role will be critical in managing operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring our services meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company in a vital operational role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision of landscape operations
- Manage construction schedules, allocate tasks, and ensure timely project completion.
- Organisation of materials and subcontractors
- Coordinating with other trades
- Oversee the performance of staff, ensuring high productivity, quality, and safety standards.
- Provide technical project management support, including recommendations and estimations
- Monitor field staff productivity, ensuring efficient operations while maintaining quality and safety.
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in operations coordination and project management, particularly in construction.
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction processes and operational management.
- Experience in leading, managing, and recruiting construction teams.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Proficient in project scheduling, reporting, and workflow management.
- Strong focus on quality control, safety, and productivity within the maintenance sector.
- Hold a current and valid driver’s licence.
- Hold a green/white card
