We are looking for an Employment Relations technical expert to partner with our sales team and showcase our advice on more complex matters. This is an exciting role in which you will work with different client each day, continuing to build the depth and breadth of your ER skill set whilst broadening your commercial acumen.
These two skills will most certainly form a powerhouse to propel your career forward.
What will you do?
  • Work directly with a BDM's and their portfolio of potential clients to provide advice on completed matters, identifying gaps and protecting their business with our service offering
  • Provide advice to our sales teams, where their potential clients have complex issues that require your expert knowledge ensuring compliance and corrective actions.
What do you need….
  • Strong employment relations knowledge, which includes the Modern Award system, National Employment Standards.
  • Employment Relations Case Law knowledge would be highly desirable but not essential
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to take complex problems and explain them in non-technical terms
  • Sales experience would be a nice to have
  • A minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Formal qualifications in ER / HR or Law
