We are currently looking for experienced chefs for the reopening of our Barangaroo shop scheduled for late April 2025, especially all-rounders with a passion for pastry and desserts .
Your duties will include:
- Preparing ingredients, seafood and meat for cooking
- Executing recipes
- Receiving and storage of stock
- Adhering to OH&S regulations and procedures
- Maintaining a hygienic and safe work place
- Working cohesively in a kitchen team
Benefits:
- Part-time award hourly rate from $24.10 (Level 1) to $27.17 (Level 4) plus weekend rates, plus annual leave & loading, plus sick leave, plus superannuation
- Full-time salary also available up to and over $70K depending on experience
