Job Description
As a Property Inspector , you will be responsible for conducting rental property inspections on behalf of multiple real estate agencies. Using your own vehicle and an iPhone or iPad , you will complete inspections efficiently and accurately while maintaining a professional approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled property inspections across Sydney and surrounding areas
- Capture high-quality images and document property conditions
- Ensure inspections meet agency requirements
- Communicate professionally with property managers and tenants
- Work independently and manage time effectively
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (car or motorcycle)
- iPhone or iPad with a working camera and data plan
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel between inspections
- Experience as a Property Manager or Property Inspector is welcome
