Parramatta CBD – Full Time
Flexible work model: 3 days in-office, 2 days from home after initial onboarding
5+ years’ experience in Change Management, with expertise in methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or HCD.
Proven ability to implement change within both agile and waterfall project environments.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft clear and engaging messages.
A flexible, adaptable, and solution-focused mindset.
Experience working in large-scale organisational change initiatives.
