ABOUT THE ROLEAs Venue Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind customer experience and daily operations. This full-time role is all about ensuring every guest enjoys fresh, high-quality food, memorable hospitality, and seamless service. You’ll lead a passionate team, build relationships with our loyal customers, and create a vibrant, community-focused atmosphere.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:· Elevate Customer Experience – Set the standard for flawless service, ensuring every guest leaves happy.· Lead & Inspire the Team – Train, motivate, and develop a high-energy team that takes pride in going the extra mile.· Create a Welcoming Atmosphere – Build relationships with regular customers and foster a community feel that keeps people coming back.· Operational Excellence – Oversee all aspects of venue management, including rostering, stock control, and compliance.· Drive Sales & Growth – Implement initiatives to increase foot traffic, customer loyalty, and revenue.· Marketing & Engagement – Work with the team to develop promotions, events, and social media strategies that enhance customer connection.· Monitor & Improve Performance – Use customer feedback, reviews, and sales data to fine-tune operations and keep raising the bar.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:2+ years of venue management experience with a focus on customer service.A natural, outgoing people-person who loves engaging with guests and building a loyal customer base.Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service.A hands-on leader who thrives in busy, high-energy environments.Strong commercial acumen with experience driving sales & customer satisfaction.Passion for fresh, high-quality food which is on-trend and instagramble.
