Public Sector People (PSP) are currently looking to speak to a IT Desktop Support Officer join a Local Government on a contract.South West Sydney location Immediate start $50 an hour + super Level 1&2 support!
Key Criteria:
Provide high quality Level 2 IT desktop support and troubleshoot technical issues for stakeholders. Experience within Level 2 support will be essential to deliver excellent and precise customer service and satisfaction.Excellent technical skills with a range of technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, O365, Exchange Online, Multi-factor Authenticator, SCCM.Assist stakeholders with troubleshooting on other devices such as desktops, laptops, peripherals and mobile phones.Use of helpdesk ticketing tool, Manage Engine.Experience troubleshooting remotely, deploying software and standard Operating system images etc using SCCM, deploying antivirus, patching etc.
Do you have:
Previous experience within Helpdesk and delivered Level 2 support.Excellent communication skills, ensuring you deliver excellent customer service to stakeholders.Actively participate in the improvement of the technology and work as part of the team to improve processes.
