Here’s how you’ll make an impact:Be the backbone of compliance. You’ll prepare and lodge BAS, IAS, and other reporting requirements with precision and efficiency.Bridge the gap between software and success. While we love Xero, you’ll also have the ability to assess MYOB files when needed, helping clients transition seamlessly.Own your workflow. With Karbon as your powerhouse, you’ll manage deadlines and priorities like a pro. (Bonus points if you already know your way around it!)Step into the spotlight. You’re not just a back-office bookkeeper—you’re on the frontlines, talking to clients, contributing to the growth of fellow team members and making the complex feel simple.Be a force for progress. You’ll always be asking, Is this the most effective way to achieve our goal?—because you don’t just follow processes, you elevate them.Lead beyond numbers. You’ll play a key role in coordinating operations, ensuring our team functions like the well-oiled machine we know it can be.Things to ConsiderAll clients will be serviced under the MBK banner and terms & conditions. This ensures a consistent and professional experience for every client.We use Karbon for all work management. If you’re already familiar with it—great! If not, we’ll support you in getting up to speed.All bookkeeping clients must be shared among the team. This ensures service continuity and allows for better support when anyone takes time off or needs assistance.You must confidently align with our vision, mission, and values. We want you to be part of MBK because you believe in what we stand for.We work from our office. Being physically present fosters true teamwork, collaboration, and the strong, supportive culture we’re known for.We use Mac and Google Suite. If you’re used to a different system, we’ll help with the transition, but this is our standard tech environment.
