As JTMEC continues to grow and expand nationwide, we’re excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for an experienced and driven Administration Team Leader to join our dynamic team. Based in either Sydney or Orange, NSW, this pivotal role works alongside the Business Administration Manager, providing leadership, coordination, and support to our dedicated administration team across Australia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, mentor, and support a national administration team to ensure high performance and collaboration.
- Assist in managing daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide essential support to the Business Administration Manager to drive continuous improvement in processes and systems.
- Oversee task delegation, monitor workloads, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Foster a positive, solutions-focused team culture that supports business objectives.
