Administration Officer - Clinical Support Officer (CSO)

About The Role

This role provides administration and clerical support to the manager and team, to facilitate the smooth operation of Mental Health Drug & Alcohol (MHDA) - Bloomfield Campus.

The Clinical Support Officer (CSO) role will collaborate closely with Nurse Unit Managers (NUMs) and the broader nursing administration team, providing comprehensive administrative support with a strong emphasis on teamwork. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient delivery of high-level administrative services.

To thrive in this position, you should possess strong administrative expertise, a solid understanding of healthcare operations, and the ability to quickly adjust to shifting priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality are essential.
