Our client, a national leader in cleaning and restoration products, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to support their expanding operations.About the Role
This newly created role offers variety and the chance to work across administration, customer support, and operations. Reporting to the Director, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, streamlining processes, and providing essential administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage emails, phone calls, and general correspondence.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation.
- Support customer service by responding to inquiries and processing orders.
- Coordinate logistics, including liaising with 3PL warehouse operations.
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and general office administration.
- Update and maintain company social media accounts and marketing materials.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Director and broader team as needed.
- Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in office and customer management systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
