The Role
If you’re ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment, then you’ll be
- Drafting, amending & managing legal documentation
- Conducting accurate property searches when required
- Managing trust account transactions
- Coordinating diaries & meetings
- Assisting with occasional banking
- Supporting high-volume development & leasing matters
- Collaborating with Legal Assistants in your team & within the Brisbane office
To be successful within the role you’ll need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal support position (Real Estate experience is highly desirable)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal
- Strong stakeholder engagement, to build long-standing internal & external relationships
- Exemplary attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
- A proactive approach, working well independently & taking initiative
- Proficiency with technology & ability to learn relevant or new software & systems
- Commitment to excellence & dedication to providing top-tier support
