Their Lytton facility is booming, and they’re looking for skilled Production Operators & Forklift Drivers to keep things moving! This is an afternoon shift role that gives you structured hours, great pay, and a strong team environment with career growth opportunities.
The Role:
As a Production Worker or Forklift Operator, you’ll play a key role in high volume operations, ensuring products are safely handled, processed, and dispatched.
⏰ Shift Times:
Monday to Thursday 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, Friday 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM (early finish for a long weekend vibe!).
Key Responsibilities:
♂️ Production Workers:
- Operate machinery and equipment for liquid processing.
- Monitor and maintain product quality throughout production.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of materials.
- Work efficiently as part of a high performing team.
Forklift Operators:
- Safely transport and stack materials with a forklift.
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks.
- Support production teams by ensuring materials are supplied promptly.
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
✔️ Valid forklift licence required for forklift operator roles.
✔️ Ability to work in a fast paced, high energy environment.
✔️ Strong attention to detail & commitment to safety.
✔️ Reliable and punctual – team players only!
✔️ Willingness to work full afternoon shift hours, including shorter Friday shift.
