Growing and dynamic business require the immediate assistance of an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team based in Brisbane CBD.
The Role
Working in a team of 3 and reporting to the AP Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include,

• Full function Accounts Payable Processing
• Managing approval process, coding and matching PO's
• Managing exceptions and verifying data
• Set up of new Suppliers and data integrity maintenance
• Processing employee expenses and reimbursements
• Account and Statement reconciliations
• Dealing with Supplier queries

About You
The successful applicant will have/be,

• Experienced in full function payables
• Large ERP systems experience, Pronto highly regarded
• Experienced using OCR technology
• A strong attention to detail and well-developed organisational skills
• Well developed communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• A professional and positive team player
• Ability to commence at short notice
