The role
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality trade services, ensuring maintenance tasks are efficiently organized, prioritized, and completed to meet safety and compliance standards. The position involves providing expert advice on electrical, electronic, and mechanical services, assisting in the preparation of quotations and reports, and ensuring work is documented following standard reporting methodologies. The role also requires adherence to relevant codes, regulations, and policies while supporting asset management systems and key performance indicators.
The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in an asset and maintenance environment, specializing in electrical and mechanical fields related to plant, equipment, and buildings. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and effective communication with stakeholders are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems is required, along with the ability to obtain and maintain relevant certifications. This position may require participation in on-call rosters, out-of-hours work, and working across different shifts as needed.
