The Role
This is an opportunity for a strategic finance leader to take ownership of finance, risk, governance, procurement and legal operations across a growing regional business. A key member of the Asia-Pacific leadership team and the most senior person in finance, as the Finance Director you will play a pivotal role in shaping corporate strategy and driving financial performance.
More than just a finance role, this position requires a broad commercial skillset, including oversight of procurement strategies, risk management frameworks and corporate governance. You will be instrumental in ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and financial sustainability as the company continues to expand.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing financial strategy to support business growthLeading budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for the Asia-Pacific regionOverseeing legal, risk and compliance functions, ensuring regulatory adherenceOptimising procurement and supplier relationships to drive cost efficienciesManaging property and asset portfolios, aligning with long-term business goalsPartnering with global teams to implement best-in-class corporate services

Skills & Experience
Membership to a professional accounting body10+ years of leadership experience in finance, risk and corporate governance.Proven ability to drive financial strategy, oversee compliance and manage risk.Experience leading procurement and property portfolios within a large organisationStrong stakeholder management skills, including board-level reportingTrack record of driving process improvements and financial efficienciesExperience in mergers & acquisitions or corporate finance is highly regarded
