What you will do as the Lead Systems Analyst
This role offers the opportunity to lead the design and evolution of critical systems within a dynamic Agile environment. As a key player in the Agile Release Train, you will collaborate with architects, product managers, and delivery teams to shape the future of the Consumer Data Right ecosystem. You’ll drive technical solutions, remove blockers, and influence best practices while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Tasks Include
- Working closely with System Architects, Solution Architects, and Product Managers to develop enabler epics, design solutions, and ensure they align with business needs, architectural principles, and non-functional requirements
- Acting as an escalation point for delivery teams, collaborating with key stakeholders to remove blockers, manage risks, and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning and Mid-PI Reviews
- Championing Lean-Agile principles, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting Systems Analysts in their responsibilities, ensuring best practices in Agile Architecture and software development
- Leading the Systems Analyst Community of Practice, mentoring junior analysts, contributing to industry forums, and developing technical documentation to support system intent and business alignment.
- a demonstrated ability to work with teams to design and deliver IT solutions and ensure these solutions are suitable for business and align to existing frameworks
- a proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and provide leadership while collaborating with teams acting as an escalation point where technical issues and dependencies arise
- an understanding of the ACCC’s role and functions, including the objectives of competition and consumer policy and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010
- an understanding of the policy intent and regulatory framework for the CDR
- relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded.

Salary: EL1 $123,702 - $136,900 (plus 15.4% superannuation)
