Our client operates a well-established paediatric clinic in Hervey Bay, with a smaller location in NSW. With a dedicated and enthusiastic team of 18 clinicians, including Speech Pathologists, OTs, Dieticians, Counsellors, and more, this clinic provides a fun, child-focused environment with therapy dogs, modern facilities, and a fresh, welcoming space designed to feel like home.

About the Position:
As an Early Career Speech Pathologist, you’ll have the opportunity to work with NDIS clients, focusing on paediatrics. You’ll enjoy a 90% clinic-based role, with 10% community work, and a blend of in-person and Telehealth services if preferred.
- Contract or Permanent options – choose a short 6-month contract or stay longer
- Stay pay bonus of $22,000 for full-time roles, paid over two years
- Relocation support , including rent or car hire assistance
- Work-life balance options, with 9-day fortnights or 8-day fortnights, flexible WFH options, and control over your own calendar
- Generous PD budget , including $5,000 annually and the chance to attend the SOS conference in Brisbane
- Manageable Billables: only 5 clients per day - 45 min sessions with 15-30mins for note taking. 1 full day per week non face to face for report writing
- Weekly supervision and mentoring from an experienced Speech Pathologist with over 20 years of experience, ensuring gradual caseload increases and plenty of support
- Career progression , with pathways into specialisation, leadership, and the opportunity to supervise students if desired
- Above award salary starting from $100,000 for New Grads up to $140,000 + Super for more experienced clinicians
- Bonus opportunities tied to achievable KPIs

- PD and career development opportunities, including regular team collaboration and training
- Flexible working arrangements, with options for a 9 or 8-day fortnight and WFH options

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership or eligibility for SPA membership
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers license and own vehicle
