The Role:
- Assist with the day-to-day of managing a portfolio of locally situated properties on the Central Coast
- Prepare reports and detailed ingoing and outgoing property condition reports
- Conduct routine inspections
- Provide general support to the property management team
- Schedule and attend open homes
The Requirements:
- Current Certificate of Registration, reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Experience in the real estate/property industry is preferred
- Strong initiative, organizational skills, and effective time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and advanced computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and presentation.
- Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about real estate and presenting rental properties.
