About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a newly created hybrid role, where you will work part time as an OT within the community, and part time as as a remote Care Coordinator. You will receive comprehensive training and support, allowing you to broaden your clinical expertise and gain exposure to different aspects of our business.
This role provides a fantastic opportunity to achieve work life balance by building your clinical caseload close to home, and working remotely from your own home office as a care coordinator.

About You:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and full AHPRA registration
- 1+ years experience desirable
- Drive to provide evidence based practice and continue to develop professionally
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
- Up to date vaccinations including COVID
- Current driver’s license and car
