Stirling Hospital is a non-for-profit private hospital located in the beautiful Adelaide Hills. We have been providing many different specialty services to the local community for over 90 years and pride ourselves in excellence in service and delivery from every department. With the increase in activity and community demand we are looking to expand our current Administration team.
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and passionate Business Support Officer to join our team in this part time position to ensure the continued delivery of the “Stirling Experience” for the community. The position will include support to the Main Administration Team, the Medical Records Department and to the Inpatient Suite Clerk role.
Skills and Experience include:
- Previous administration experience within healthcare services
- Sound knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel etc
- Experience with online patient administration systems would be highly regarded
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, attention to detail and strong ability to multi-task
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to prioritise calls / emails
- Ability to work harmoniously within a team environment and able to work independently
Essential requirements include:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A satisfactory Working with Children check and National Police Check prior to employment
