We are a dynamic organisation providing the Australian wine & beverage industries a comprehensive range of services relating to bottling, packaging, warehousing and distribution of wine.
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer on a Full Time basis to join our team based in Nuriootpa (Barossa - SA).
You will:
- Have previous experience working in a customer service role
- Be highly motivated and have a willingness to learn
- Have excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
- Bring energy and a positive attitude
- Be competent in Microsoft Office
Key responsibilities include:
- Carry out Material Planning enquiries daily identifying stock requirements
- Produce Quotes
- Liaise with Suppliers for ordering of all printed and generic dry goods
- Generate purchase orders & customer invoices
- Track orders
- Update records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Investigate and rectify any discrepancies prior to processing
- Confirm charges are aligned with customers pricing level agreement
- Report customer feedback to the supervisor
- Maintain customer and supplier relationships
