Description:
In this in-office role, based in our new Loxton office, you will play a key part in supporting our mortgage brokers, clients, and key stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring loan applications are processed efficiently and accurately, all while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
⭐ Liaising with mortgage brokers, lenders, and key stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions
⭐ Managing loan applications from submission to approval through our CRM (Salestrekker) and Apply Online
⭐ Conducting serviceability assessments using lender calculators and industry tools
⭐ Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal policies
⭐ Assisting with loan pricing, policy, servicing, and discharge processes

ASPIRING ENTRY LEVEL CANDIDATE
- You are passionate about finance and lending and want to break into the mortgage broking industry
- You may have experience in customer service, sales, banking or administration and are looking for an exciting career path
- You are eager to learn and work directly under the Director who will teach you everything you need to know about mortgage broking
- You are well presented, have strong communication skills and are ready to work hard to build your expertise
EXPERIENCED LOAN PROCESSOR, CSM OR CREDIT ANALYST
- You are already working in the finance industry in a loan processing, CSM or credit analysis role and want to step into a more rewarding position
- You have experience managing home loan applications, liaising with lenders and handling compliance
- You have a strong understanding of loan structures, lender policies and mortgage broking processes
- You want to work in a well run business with a supportive and experienced team
