About the role

As a Ramp Hand , you will be responsible for handling the cylinders during various stages of the production process.
The role focuses on safely managing cylinder movements and ensuring everything is set up correctly for processing.
You will:

• Prioritize safety in line with Supagas policies and procedures.
• Load and unloading gas cylinders of various weights from cages and vehicles, both manually and using lifting aids.
• Prepare gas cylinders through machine washing, scraping, painting, stickering, and plugging.
• Safely fill and decant LP Gas from cylinders.
• Test cylinders against Australian Standards, deeming them safe for reuse or condemnable.
• Daily stock reconciliation.
• Track and record cylinder dispatch, filling, testing, and tare weight checks per shift.

• Basic written and numerical skills and together with basic computer literacy.
