Manage small accounts, drive digital adoption, and support customer success at FreightTech innovator Ofload.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage a portfolio of small to medium accounts (
- Develop close relationships with customers to understand their business needs.
- Encourage and support customers in adopting digital solutions.
- Act as a liaison between Ofload’s Shippers and internal teams.
- Identify customer pain points and ensure objectives are achieved.
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Product teams.
- Contribute to defining the CSA role and improving internal processes.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Recent graduate status with a hunger to learn.
- Strong problem-solving skills and quick thinking under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Team player thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
