Description:

Manage small accounts, drive digital adoption, and support customer success at FreightTech innovator Ofload.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage a portfolio of small to medium accounts (
  • Develop close relationships with customers to understand their business needs.
  • Encourage and support customers in adopting digital solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between Ofload’s Shippers and internal teams.
  • Identify customer pain points and ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Product teams.
  • Contribute to defining the CSA role and improving internal processes.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Recent graduate status with a hunger to learn.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and quick thinking under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Team player thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
