What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Pipeline & Relationship Management – Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and third parties to identify future opportunities and ensure ongoing support.
  • Credit Application Support – Assist in preparing credit papers, analyzing financials, and completing servicing spreadsheets.
  • Transaction & Settlement Management – Coordinate all aspects of the approval, documentation, and settlement processes, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Sales Pipeline Coordination – Keep track of expected settlements, liaise with clients, and manage rollovers to drive business success.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a sales administration or loan processing role within financial services, banking, or a related field.
  • Some knowledge of financial statements, loan conditions, AML/KYC regulations, and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A detail-oriented, solutions-driven professional who thrives under pressure and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
