- Transaction & Settlement Management – Coordinate all aspects of the approval, documentation, and settlement processes, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Sales Pipeline Coordination – Keep track of expected settlements, liaise with clients, and manage rollovers to drive business success.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a sales administration or loan processing role within financial services, banking, or a related field.
- Some knowledge of financial statements, loan conditions, AML/KYC regulations, and CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A detail-oriented, solutions-driven professional who thrives under pressure and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
